Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic generation method for a ship deployment scheme. According to the method, calibration and calculation are carried out on main sailing courses that are established from two aspects: economy and efficiency; and an economic bottleneck sailing course and an efficient bottleneck sailing course are respectively determined and resource demands of bottleneck sailing courses are deployed preferentially; constrained conditions including task demands, time requirements, ship competencies, supply requirements, destination selection requirements and economic requirements and the like of a measurement ship all year round are comprehensively considered and measured; on the condition that a basic requirement on navigation economy is met, an optimal point-to-point sailing course that is generated automatically according to a ship deployment scheme demand is assigned or measured artificially according to relative rules like an orthodromy and the like, correlated prescriptions of international navigation and conditions like a mature sailing course and the like; an electronic chart system is combined and a multi-target deployment scheme based on a fuzzy logic is employed; a corresponding deployment optimization system is established, wherein the system comprises a database and an algorithm of ship deployment; and an optimal sailing course is generated and is verified. According to the invention, the method has advantages of self adaptability, stability, and optimality; besides, an accuracy for measurement on punctual, safe, complete arrival to destination can ensured.
