The device comprises an LED module and a power driver used for providing electricity to the LED module, wherein the LED module comprises visible LED chips and infrared LED chips. The device also comprises a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature of the surface of the LED module; and when the temperature of the surface of the LED module, which is sensed by the temperature sensor, is lower than 0, the temperature sensor sends a control signal to the power driver to control the power driver to output current to the infrared LED chips so that the infrared LED chips emit infrared light to melt ice on the surface of the LED module.
