Embodiment Construction

[0024] Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.

[0025] figure 1 A system for cooperative storage by a memory and a non-volatile cache device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is shown. Such as figure 1 As shown, the system for performing cooperative storage by a memory and a non-volatile cache device includes: a memory 100 , a non-volatile cache device 200 and a cooperative storage control device 300 . The memory 100 is used to store data, and as an example, the memory 100 may be a mass storage device such as a hard disk. As an option, the memory 100 may be an array composed of multiple storage units. The nonvolatile cache device 200 is used to store data in cooperation with the memor...

Abstract

The invention provides equipment and method for controlling cooperative storage of a memory and a nonvolatile caching device. The equipment comprises a storage state detection unit, a data transferring and triggering unit and a writing-reading control unit, wherein the storage state detection unit is used for detecting the storage state of the nonvolatile caching device when a user requests to read and write user data; the data transferring and triggering unit is used for generating a data transferring and triggering signal according to the data transfer condition of the data which is transferred between the memory and the nonvolatile caching device; and based on the storage state detected by the storage state detection unit, the writing-reading control unit is used for writing and reading the user data aiming at the memory or the nonvolatile caching device and is used for controlling a data transfer between the memory and the nonvolatile caching device according to the data transferring and triggering signal generated by the data transferring and triggering unit.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a data access scheme of a memory, in particular to a cooperative storage of a cache device and a memory to reduce mechanical loss and power loss caused by directly writing data into or reading data from the memory. Background technique [0002] With the development of information processing technology, various data service systems are designed to enable people to easily acquire and use data. In various data service systems, it is necessary to set up a memory to store data. As the number of users using the data service system continues to increase, and each user has more and more frequent data access requirements, therefore, the existing storage (usually a hard disk device) has to undergo a large number of data read and write operations. However, the physical structure of the memory drive device itself determines that it will not only produce material loss during the accelerated rotation of the motor and the frequent pi...
