The data integration method comprises the following steps of: step 1, collecting source data in an initial system; step 2, converting the source data to generate needed destination data; step 3, obtaining seed data which is relative to the source data and the destination data through a P2P (Peer-To-Peer) technology; and step 4, outputting the seed data and the destination data to a target system. According to the data integration device and method, the data transmission amount in a data integration process is reduced so as tosave the storage space of the system; the time of the whole data integration process is reduced so as to improve the work efficiency; and the work and the operation of the initial system and a destination system are not influenced by the data integration work so that the properties of the whole system are optimized.
