The whole system consists of a firmware terminal to be updated, a wireless access point (AP), an internet protocol (IP) network and an upgrading sever, wherein the firmware terminal to be updated is connected with the wireless AP by wireless fidelity (wifi), and the AP is connected with the upgrading sever by the IP network; and the upgrading sever is a Web server, and the firmware terminal to be updated is communicated with the upgrading sever by a hyper text transfer protocol (HTTP) to upgrade the firmware.
