Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in the existing weaving technology, if the structural reinforcement fabric is woven on the surface of the linear illuminant, when the linear illuminant is introduced into the weaving machine and the subsequent roller winding process, the light source of the linear illuminant is easily blocked. The weaving machine and the rollers are damaged, resulting in an open circuit at the connection between the light source and the wire in the linear illuminant or the light source is directly damaged and cannot emit light

Abstract

The invention relates to a tatting weaving machine, which is suitable for weaving a structure-enhanced textile on the surface of a linear luminescence component. The tatting weaving machine comprises a warp delivery mechanism, a warp stopping sheet, multiple pieces of harness frames, a weft-inserting mechanism, a beating-up mechanism and a coiling mechanism, wherein the warp delivery mechanism is used for supplying and delivering a plurality of warps and the linear luminescence component; the warps and the linear luminescence component pass through harness eyes of each of the harness frames; the harness frames are located between the warp delivery mechanism and the beating-up mechanism; the coiling mechanism is suitable for adjusting and controlling a latitudinal density of the structure-enhanced textile; and the coiling mechanism is provided with a pair of slots corresponding to the linear luminescence component. The tatting weaving machine provided by the invention can be used for weaving the structure-enhanced textile on the surface of the linear luminescence component, without damaging the linear luminescence component.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a weaving machine, in particular to a weaving machine capable of weaving structurally reinforced fabrics on the surface of a linear illuminant. Background technique [0002] With the vigorous development of high-tech industries, the textile industry is facing strong competition and transformation pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve and integrate traditional textile technologies, and develop new products with high added value to enhance industrial competitiveness. In recent years, people not only require beautiful appearance of textile products, but also require various functions of comfort and protection. Based on this trend, functional fabrics with multiple functions have become popular products in the textile industry. [0003] In the prior art, a variety of linear light emitters with different structures have been proposed successively. Various linear illuminants can be combined with differ...
