Example Embodiment

[0017] Example

[0018] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, a method for automatically identifying and outputting data for book chapter information in the printing process,

[0019] It includes the following steps:

[0020] 1) Input the book original information into PC 1;

[0021] 2) PC 1 judges whether the book needs to be printed on both sides, if yes, go to step 3), if no, go to step 6);

[0022] 3) Set chapter parameters according to book manuscript information;

[0023] 4) When the PC 1 sends the pages of each chapter or section of the book to the printer 2, it judges whether the end of the chapter or section is an odd page, if yes, go to step 5), if not, go to step 6);

[0024] 5) PC 1 sends a blank page to the printing machine;

[0025] 6) The printer 2 completes the continuous output of data according to the page information sent by the PC 1.

[0026] The PC 1 is a PC equipped with software for automatically identifying book chapter information.

Abstract

The invention relates to a book chapter and section information automatic identification and data output processing method in the printing process. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) inputting manuscript information of a book into a personal computer (PC); 2) judging whether the book requires duplex printing by using the PC, if so, executing a step 3), otherwise, executing a step 6); 3) setting chapter and section parameters according to the manuscript information of the book; 4) judging whether the ending position of a chapter or a section is positioned at an odd page by using the PC when the PC transmits pages of each chapter or section to a printer, if so, executing a step 5), otherwise, executing the step 6); 5) transmitting a blank page to the printer by using the PC; and 6) completing the continuous output of the data by using the printer according to the page information transmitted by the PC. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of accurately, efficiently, conveniently, quickly, stably and automatically outputting books and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a computer control technology of the printing process, in particular to a method for automatically identifying and outputting data of book chapter information in the printing process. Background technique [0002] At present, books are one of the most commonly used communication media, and they contain a lot of content. Therefore, books are often divided into multiple chapters or sections, and books are printed on both sides. The content of each chapter or section is required to start from A new page starts and the page is required to be an odd page. Therefore, if the content of a chapter or section happens to be on an odd page at the end, a blank page needs to be output to ensure that the content of the new chapter or section is on the new page. On the page and it is an odd number of pages, in order to solve the above problems, the existing method is that the computer editor and typesetting personnel insert a blank page manual...
