Benefits of technology

This patented technology involves combining special ingredients called Zinc Smeltering Tailings (ZSM) into building blocks like normal brick, squirrel-hole bricks and water pressure tiles that make them stronger than regular brands while also being lighter weight without losing their effectiveness over time due to factors like radiation levels from heavy metals contained within these compositions. These novel walls may be useful for various applications including interior design, exterior finishing, architectural projects, landscaping works, and others where they help protect against damage caused by external forces during use.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses how different types of metallic scrap can have various benefits when applied on building materials like brick walls during manufacturing processes. These effects include improving durability over time without requiring more expensive raw materials than what was previously needed due to their low economic value compared to traditional methods. Additionally, these technical solutions involve developing novel compositions containing specific components derived from this type of scrapy liquid called zinc smoke plaster (ZPL) particles.

Embodiment 1

[0018] Example 1: Take 60 kg of zinc smelting tailings, crush and sieve to obtain particles with a particle size of 5 mm or less, add zinc smelting tailings particles, 15 kg of cement, and 3 kg of admixtures into a mixer and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. During the stirring process, add 8 kg of Water, after being stirred evenly, it is sent to the molding equipment for molding, and finally it is naturally cured for at least 28 days.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Example 2: Take 85kg of zinc smelting tailings particles, 12kg of cement, and 2kg of admixtures and add them to the mixer and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. During the stirring process, add 10kg of water, stir them evenly, and send them to the molding equipment for molding. Finally, carry out natural maintenance, at least Conservation for more than 28 days.

Embodiment 3

[0020] Example 3: Take 50kg of zinc smelting slag particles, 18kg of cement, and 1kg of admixture and add them to the mixer and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. During the stirring process, add 7kg of water, stir them evenly, and send them to the molding equipment for molding. Conservation for more than 28 days.
