Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a simulative human body bone tissue model. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing semi-rigid polyurethane foams from a first ingredient, wherein the semi-rigid polyurethane foams are taken as osteoporotic tissues; and 2, preparing a polyurethane integral skin from a second ingredient, wherein the polyurethane integral skin is taken as an appearance bone tissue; the first ingredient comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyester polyol PS2352, 1.5 parts of a surfactant B 8471, 2.2 parts of PELAT 9540, 0.5 part of POLYCAT 46 (Potassium Acetate), 0.5 part of water, 30.0 parts of foamed HCFC-141b (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons-141b), and 250 parts of isocyanate; and the second ingredient comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of the polyester polyol PS2352, 1.5 parts of the surfactant B 8471, 2.2 parts of the PELAT 9540, 1.5 parts of the POLYCAT 46, 1.0 part of N,N-dimethyl cyclohexylamine, 0.50 part of pentamethyl diethylene triamine, 0.5 part of water, 40.5 parts of the foamed HFC-245Fa, and 250 parts of the isocyanate. The model prepared with the preparation method has a high simulation degree, the tissue structure and the hand feeling of the model are similar to those of human body bone tissues, and simultaneously, the model has good physical properties, can be used repeatedly, and facilitates teaching simulation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing medical teaching models, in particular to a method for preparing a simulated human bone tissue model. Background technique [0002] In medical teaching, in order to teach human bone anatomy and train orthopedic surgery, bone specimens are often required. Most of the existing bone specimens come from living bodies. Not only the economic cost is high, but also the production and preservation procedures are complicated. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to propose a method for preparing a simulated human bone tissue model, so that the prepared model has a high degree of simulation, is more practical, and is beneficial to teaching. [0004] The present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: [0005] A method for preparing a simulated human bone tissue model, comprising: 1. prepari...
