The obtaining apparatus comprises a detected object, an equivalent load, an impedance analyzer (a frequency response analyzer) and circuits, wherein the circuits are used for connecting the detected object, the equivalent load, and the impedance analyzer (a frequency response analyzer). According to the invention, working point types of an alternating current power electronic module and a direct current power electronic module are distinguished; a phenomenon that a calculation result or a measurement result is changed randomly when there is high disturbance frequency can be explained and solved; and a calculation and measurement method of port impedance of an alternating current module is provided. And moreover, correct impedance characteristics of the port of the alternating current power electronic module at different disturbance frequency points can be obtained especially when the disturbance frequencies approach or exceed periodic balancing point frequency.
