A multistage gear reduction assembly and an output shaft are arranged inside the gear reducer; a first unidirectional clutch gear and a second unidirectional clutch gear are respectively installed at two ends of the output shaft; the first unidirectional clutch gear is engaged with a gear of a last-stage gear reduction assembly; and two sets of pawls and energy storage parts are symmetrically installed at an inner hole of the first unidirectional clutch gear by taking the inner hole as a center; a boss is processed at the outer surface of the output shaft by cooperating the pawls; a plurality of accommodation grooves are processed at an inner hole of the second unidirectional clutch gear and energy storage parts and roller needles are installed in the accommodation grooves; and the gear of the second unidirectional clutch gear is engaged with a worm on a manual shaft.
