The method includes steps: firstly, reserving a position between and at the edges of glue sheets attached to an upper glass sheet and a lower glass sheet for a U-shaped metal part; secondly, cleaning the outer surface of the metal part and applying binder; thirdly, filling metal pads in a U-shaped groove of the U-shaped metal part to support the two U-shaped arms; fourthly, inserting the U-shaped metal part into the reserved position to enable the two U-shaped arms to be adhered to the upper layer and the lower layer of the laminated glass and an U-shaped opening to face outward; fifthly, firmly bonding the metal part with the glass at the temperature of 130-136 DEG C and under the pressure of 1.25-1.27MPa; and sixthly, taking out the metal pads.
