Abstract

The invention provides a controllable self-bending suture needle, which is used for an endoscopic surgery. The controllable self-bending suture needle comprises a needle body, a needle placing tube and a needle feeding mechanism. The needle body is tubular and a suture internally passes through the needle body. The needle body is entirely arranged in the needle placing tube in a passing-through manner. One end of the needle placing tube is provided with a rigid tubular end and the other end of the needle placing tube is fixedly coupled with the needle feeding mechanism. The tail end part of the needle body is pre-formed to be a circular arc shape when the tail end part is not limited, and the other end of the needle body is connected with the needle feeding mechanism. The tail end part of the needle body can be contained in the rigid tubular end of the needle placing tube or exposed outside the rigid tubular end of the needle placing tube by pushing of the needle feeding mechanism. The tail end part of the needle body is contained in the rigid tubular end of the needle placing tube to be limited, so as to form a shape which is consistent to the shape of a hollow inner cavity. The controllable self-bending suture needle provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in control. The complex space movement of tissue penetration is simplified to be a linear pushing movement of the needle feeding mechanism to the needle body and a bunching device, and the tissue suture difficulty is simplified.
