A novel multipurpose intelligently automated bulk grain transport
truck relates to the technical field of grain transport machineries and comprises a pilothouse. A
truck body is connected behind the pilothouse and mounted on bottom beams of a
truck compartment, a movable truck body cover is mounted on the truck body, the bottom of the truck body is designed into two movable truck bottom plates which are respectively mounted with a lifting
hydraulic cylinder, pulleys are mounted on the other side of the truck bottom plates, an inserting lock and an inserting lock
hydraulic cylinder are mounted at the connection position of the two movable truck bottom plates, and a
discharge conveyor is arranged below the inserting lock and controlled by a
hydraulic motor. The novel multipurpose intelligently automated bulk grain transport truck is characterized in that a
discharge level meter is mounted at the lower end of the inner wall of one side plate of the truck body, the
discharge level meter is connected with an
automatic control module via a wire or wire
signal, and the
automatic control module is connected with the lifting hydraulic cylinders, the inserting lock
hydraulic cylinder and the
hydraulic motor. When grain discharged reaches to the discharge level meter, the lifting hydraulic cylinders are started by the
