Embodiment 1

[0014] Refer to attached figure 1 A set of atomized water vapor device is set under the belt 1 at the front turning end of the belt conveyor belt running, which is a compressed air spray gun atomized water device, including a water storage tank 11 and a spray gun 2, and the belt 1 is strip-shaped, with PVC is material, and water storage tank 11 is cuboid, is that material is processed through heat treatment with stainless steel. Spray gun 2 selects the compressed air spray gun that takes stainless steel as material on the market for use. Spray gun 2 is welded on the water storage tank 11 by support piece 10, and the nozzle 5 of spray gun faces belt 1, and the water inlet of spray gun 2 communicates with water storage tank 11 with stainless steel connecting pipe 7. A compressed air volume adjustment knob 9 is provided on the spray gun 2 , and the compressed air volume at the compressed air inlet 6 of the spray gun is adjusted by adjusting the knob 9 , thereby controlling the w...

Embodiment 2

[0017] Refer to attached figure 2 A set of spraying water vapor device is set under the belt 1 at the front turning end of the belt conveyor belt running. This device is an electric heating steam generating device, including a water storage tank 11. The water storage tank 11 is made of stainless steel. Inlaid with a circular observation mirror 4, used to observe the water level in the water storage tank 11, an electric heating tube 13 is welded inside the water storage tank 11 to realize water into steam, and the water storage tank 11 is provided with a water inlet 3 with a cover, The top of the water tank 11 is provided with a steam nozzle 12 with a rectangular top, and its length is greater than or equal to the width of the belt 1. The steam nozzle 12 is distributed with uniform apertures 14 of aperture.

[0018] During use, the tap water is passed into the water storage tank 11 through the water inlet 3 with a hose, and the water level in the water storage tank is observed...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preventing an emulsion explosive from bonding on a surface of a conveyor belt, which is characterized in that a uniform water film composed of a layer of fine water drops is continuously produced on the surface of the belt at the front part of the starting end where the conveyer belt for conveying the emulsion explosive is contacted with the emulsion explosive. The whole transverse surface of the belt is covered by the water film, so that the emulsion explosive drops on the belt surface covered by the water film. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and feasible method, low cost, no pollution, uniform water film and no possibility of bonding the emulsion explosive on the belt protected by the water film. Therefore, the aim of no residual explosive on the belt is achieved. In addition, the water film produced by an atomizing water vapor device is capable of totally covering the belt surface passing through the space over the atomizing water vapor device. The water film is formed on the lower side of a front turning end of the running space of the belt and the water film is contacted with the explosive after rapidly moving to the upper side of the conveyor. The running distance of the water film is very short, so that the water film has no time to volatilize.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for preventing emulsion explosives from adhering on the surface of a conveyor belt, and belongs to the technical field of explosive production. Background technique: [0002] With the development of the civil blasting industry, explosives without ladders have gradually replaced explosives with ladders. Colloidal emulsion explosives (emulsion explosives: with the help of emulsifiers, the droplets of aqueous solution of oxidant salts are evenly dispersed in the air containing dispersed bubbles or hollow In the oil-phase continuous medium of porous substances such as glass microspheres, a water-in-oil latex explosive is formed, which is a new type of industrial explosive developed in the 1970s.) Because it has less investment, quick results, and less energy consumption , high economic benefit, no pollution of production environment and use environment, etc., it is an energy-saving and environment-friendly product and has...
