The whole transverse surface of the belt is covered by the water film, so that the emulsion explosive drops on the belt surface covered by the water film. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and feasible method, low cost, no pollution, uniform water film and no possibility of bonding the emulsion explosive on the belt protected by the water film. Therefore, the aim of no residual explosive on the belt is achieved. In addition, the water film produced by an atomizing water vapor device is capable of totally covering the belt surface passing through the space over the atomizing water vapor device.
