The vent resource allocation method includes the steps of after an RLC poll retransmission timer of one of a plurality of logical signal channels is detected in overtime, determining whether the current logical signal channel has data to be retransmitted or not when the RLC poll retransmission timer is in overtime, wherein if the current logical signal channel has the data to be retransmitted, poll positions are loaded into a first carrier comprising the data to be retransmitted and the first carrier is retransmitted; and if when the current logical signal channel has no data to be retransmitted, a minimum length space is reserved for the current logical signal channel for sufficiently retransmitting a second carrier, the space length required by the second carrier is smaller than that of the first carrier, and the second carrier carrying the poll positions is retransmitted by the current logical signal channel.
