[0015] Methods for determining multiphase flows (e.g., HF mixtures and iC 4 method, apparatus, and system for the concentration of ingredients in a mixture). In general, one or more flow meters, one or more separation vessels, and one or more valves can be operated to divert one of the components (e.g., iC 4 ) with multiphase flow (eg, HF mixture and iC 4 mixtures) and determine the composition of the multiphase flow (e.g., HF, ASO, water, and iC 4 )concentration. For example, readings from flow meters may be used to determine, rather than estimate, the concentration of each component of a multiphase flow. In some implementations, the state of a valve through which a component flows can be adjusted so that noise in readings obtained by the flow meter can be reduced or eliminated.
