An embodiment of the invention discloses a domain name access and search method based on voice recognition, which includes the steps: performing system initialization; enabling an information system by a user through a browser address bar operation domain name or a voice channel calling site name; utilizing a voice recognition engine to acquire user voice information, convert the user voice information into a computer program recognition language and associate with a domain system by the aid of a VoiceXML (voice extensible markup language) resolver; initiating the system to log on a target site in a connected manner by the user by means of the operation domain name or a component user side; acquiring search results on the user side through a VoiceXML browser, server-side VoiceXML gateway reports and voice web pages corresponding to the user; initiating a communication call by enabling a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) function; and completing systematic operation. The method enables the user to be more personalized by accessing the internet through voice, and is simple in operation so as to enhance the user experience.
