The device comprises a zinc pot, a transmission case, a motor, a frequency converter, a control device, a reversing roll chamber, a converter nose, an air knife and a permanent-magnetic sealing sensing passage. A permanent-magnetic rotor is a cylinder with the surface being provided with permanent magnetic poles which are arranged in a way that the polarity being alternatively opposite to one another and is used for producing an alternating magnetic field. A transmission and control device of the permanent-magnetic rotor is used for dragging paired permanent magnetic rotors to rotate so as to produce the magnetic field to seal the zinc liquid and to ensure the automatic centering of the steel strip in the permanent-magnetic sensing passage. By controlling the alternating magnetic field generated by the paired magnetic rotors, the zinc liquid on the bottom part of the zinc pot is ensured to stay at a suspension status, and the height of the sealing zinc liquid is dynamically adjusted by controlling the rotation speed.
