Embodiment Construction

[0026] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention discloses a pipeline robot, which includes a robot body 1 , and the robot body 1 includes an end portion 11 and a tail portion 12 . In actual use, the end portion 11 may be provided with a detection device for pipeline safety detection, or a dredging device for dredging the pipeline, and so on. Existing pipeline robots all use crawlers, wheels or support rods with wheels at the end to realize the driving of the robot in the pipeline. The rod is in direct contact with the inner wall of the pipeline. When there are foreign objects in the pipeline or the pipeline itself is deformed, it will hinder the movement of the robot in the pipeline, thereby affecting the safety inspection or maintenance of the pipeline.

Abstract

The invention discloses a pipeline robot which comprises a robot body, wherein the robot body comprises an end part and a tail part; supporting nozzles for supporting the robot body are encircled and distributed on the robot body; a driving nozzle for driving the robot body is arranged on the tail part of the robot body; and the supporting nozzles and the driving nozzle are connected with a spraying source. The pipeline robot disclosed by the invention can be suspended in a pipeline in a manner that the supporting nozzles spray spraying media, and driven to travel in the pipeline in a manner that the driving nozzle sprays a spraying medium, so that the robot can travel in the pipeline without the conventional tracks, wheels or supporting rods; and therefore, a phenomenon that the robot is blocked by foreign matters in the pipeline or due to problems of deformation and the like of the pipeline body is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of robots, in particular to a pipeline robot applied to pipeline inspection or maintenance. Background technique [0002] With the development of petroleum, chemical, natural gas and nuclear industries and the needs of pipeline inspection or maintenance, pipeline robots have also been more in-depth research and widely used. For the safety inspection and maintenance of the transportation pipelines (water, steam, oil, etc.) of various production equipment and special equipment (high-pressure pipelines, etc.), pipeline robots have very important practical value in practical applications. [0003] Existing pipeline robots basically adopt the following structures: [0004] 1. Crawler structure, the bottom uses crawlers to drive the pipeline robot to walk in the pipeline; [0005] 2. The support rod structure, using the folding rod structure with wheels at the end to support the robot in the middle of the pipe, and then r...
