Abstract

The invention discloses a touch device with a shielding layer. The touch device comprises a touch module and a display module, wherein the display module comprises a thin film transistor substrate, a color filter substrate, a liquid-crystal layer, a first polaroid, a second polaroid and the shielding layer. The shielding layer can be arranged between the color filter substrate and the second polaroid or on the second polaroid. The touch module comprises an upper cover substrate, a plurality of sensing pads and a protective layer, wherein the plurality of sensing pads are formed on the lower side of the upper cover substrate. The grounding voltage of the plurality of sensing pads is electrically connected with the shielding layer so as to isolate noises produced by the display module on the touch module.
