The accurate installation device comprises a fastening component, a voltmeter, a DC (direct-current) power supply, a commutator and a fixing support, wherein the detecting component is arranged on the support and is used for fastening the detecting component arranged on the support, the input end of the commutator is electrically connected with the detecting component, the output end of the commutator is connected with the voltmeter, the DC power supply is used for supplying power for the commutator and supplying power for the detecting component through the commutator, and the commutator is used for transforming an alternating voltage signal outputted by the detecting component into a DC voltage signal and amplifying the DC voltage signal. According to the accurate installation device, an output voltage is measured by using the precision digital voltmeter instead of direct measurement of a vernier caliper and a filler gauge; and the method is more accurate and reliable, dynamic monitoring display is adopted in the whole process, and success is achieved in the measurement for one time.
