The GOA circuit comprises at least two GOA units, wherein an output end of one GOA unit is connected with an input end of the next GOA unit, a reset end of one GOA unit is connected with an output end of the next GOA unit, and an output end of each GOA unit is connected with a grid line. The GOA circuit is characterized in that the GOA unit comprises a capacitor, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor, a first voltage pull-down module and a second voltage pull-down module.
