Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, cars gradually enter the families of ordinary people. As cars are used longer and longer, the probability of engine failure is also increasing. At present, six-cylinder engines are widely used in cars. When the internal cylinder fails, it is difficult to accurately determine what is wrong with the engine. The engine must be disassembled to identify the fault. However, this method is slow in identifying faults, takes a long time, and has low efficiency. Maintenance is time-consuming and labor-intensive

Embodiment Construction

[0049] The present invention will be described in further detail below through specific examples. The following examples are only descriptive and not restrictive, and the protection scope of the present invention cannot be limited by this.

[0050] An engine fault identification method based on time domain energy and support vector machine, the method includes the steps:

[0051] ⑴. The first measuring point is set between the first and second cylinders of the six-cylinder engine, the second measuring point is set between the second and third cylinders, and the third measuring point is set between the fourth and fifth cylinders. A fourth measuring point is set between the point, the fifth cylinder and the sixth cylinder, and an acceleration vibration sensor is installed on each measuring point, and the acceleration vibration sensor is connected to the computer through a vibration signal collector;

Abstract

The invention relates to an engine fault identification method based on time-domain energy and a support vector machine. The method comprises the following steps of: (1), respectively installing an acceleration vibration sensor on each measuring point, wherein each acceleration vibration sensor is connected with a computer through a vibration signal acquisition instrument; (2) dividing time-domain vibration signals acquired from a top dead center into N sections, wherein each section comprises M vibration signal amplitudes; (3) evaluating the time-domain energy Ei of each of the N sections; (4) evaluating the sum ESUM of the time-domain energy of the N sections; (5) comparing the Ei with the ESUM, and constructing a feature vector after performing energy unitization to obtain N time-domain energy feature values; (6) performing classified counting by a support vector machine method to obtain classified parameters of running states of an engine; and (7) comparing to obtain an engine fault identification result. By the method, the fault identification speed of the engine is effectively improved; the fault identification time of the engine is shortened; the fault identification efficiency of the engine is improved; and the method is simple and is easy to operate, and facilitates the repair and the maintenance of the engine.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of engines, in particular to an engine fault identification method based on time domain energy and support vector machines. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people’s living standards, cars have gradually entered into common people’s homes. As cars have been used for longer and longer periods of time, the probability of car engine failures has also increased. At present, six-cylinder engines are widely used in cars. When the internal cylinder block fails, it is difficult to accurately determine what fault has occurred inside the engine. The engine must be disassembled to identify the fault. However, this method is slower in identifying faults, takes longer, and is less efficient. Maintenance Maintenance is time consuming and laborious. Summary of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and provide an engine fault recognition method bas...
