The method comprises the following steps: stirring and dissolving a certain proportion (weight) of clean waste spandex filaments, newly-prepared raw polyurethane stoste and DMAC(dimethylacetamide) or DMF(dimethyl formamide) solvent at a certain temperature to obtain crude stoste; then filtering, defoaming, stirring and curing the crude stoste so as to obtain final spinning stoste; finally transporting the spinning stoste to a spinneret plate by a gear pump; and in a high temperature channel, volatizing the solvent in the stoste along the radial direction of the channel so as to be solidified into filaments to obtain polyurethane fibers (spandex).
