Compared with the prior art, the intelligent lag angle speed-limiting igniter has the advantages that the rotational speed of an engine is limited through adjusting an ignition angle by adopting a control chip, so as to track frequency numbers of synchronous pulse signals of the rotational speed of a magnetic flywheel of the engine to adjust the ignition angle, limit the rotational speed required by the engine and enable the rotational speed of the engine to be kept at a preset rotational speed; and the intelligent lag angle speed-limiting igniter runs steadily in the use process, cannot suddenly jerk and can limit the speed steadily and reliably, thereby achieving the aim of the invention.
