Abstract

The invention discloses a mechanical characteristic condition monitoring device for a circuit breaker based on IEC61850. The technology of the monitoring device comprises the following contents: designing a monitoring device that can be arranged on a local control cabinet, employing networking and modularization design, taking an operation mechanism as an object to design functional monitoring components, integrally designing travelling, closing coil current and contact position, and performing synchronous data acquisition and comprehensive analysis on the split-phase operation mechanism. Data interfaces of the monitoring device are enriched, and can be adapted to the simulation or digital communication way flexibly through simple configuration. The device has an IEC61850 communication function, so that synchronous display of a travel curve waveform and a brief report can be realized. A local diagnosis function is provided and the valuable diagnosis report can be transmitted to the condition monitoring background. Through the mechanical characteristic condition monitoring device for the circuit breaker, the device overhauling suggestion can be provided for the operation management department; the device can be safely and reliably operated; and the operation reliability of the power grid is improved. The mechanical characteristic condition monitoring device for the circuit breaker based on IEC61850 disclosed by the invention belongs to the field of condition monitoring for an electric power system, and can be applied to condition monitoring of a circuit breaker body in a transformer substation.
