After the copper wire deforms to form the flat copper, the flat copper is heated to be at the recrystallization temperature of the flat copper so as to improve the plasticity of the flat copper, and the pressure mechanism presses and grinds the flat copper coated with the grinding paste to facilitate the improvement of the degree of finish of the outer surface of finally-processed flat copper; and the novel process is simple and feasible and is low in cost.
