Abstract

The invention discloses a scratch-resisting ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic and a preparation method thereof. The scratch-resisting ABS plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of ABS resin, 1-5 parts of coupling agent and 0.1-5 parts of composite scratch-resisting agent. Further, the coupling agent is gamma-(methylacryloyl) propyl trimethoxy silane. The composite scratch-resisting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of ethylene-acetic acid vinyl ester copolymer, 30-60 parts of erucyl amide, 20-40 parts of aedelforsite and 5-10 parts of 2-hydroxy-4 methoxy benzophenone. The ABS plastic is excellent in scratch resistance, simple in preparation process, low in cost and excellent in overall performance. The scratch-resisting ABS plastic can be easily processed into parts with various shapes by an injection molding process, and is particularly suitable for being made into various automotive upholsteries through injection molding.
