Abstract

A method for preparing a P3HT oriented ordered film through solution deposition belongs to the conjugated polymer oriented ordered film preparation field. The method solves a problem that the pretreatment of a substrate is needed by present polythiophene oriented ordered film preparation methods. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a first solvent with a second solvent to form a mixed solvent, wherein the first solvent is toluene, and the second solvent is xylene, isopropyl benzene or 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene; adding the P3HT to the mixed solvent to obtain a P3HT solution; and depositing the P3HT solution on the surface of a mobile substrate through a solution oriented deposition device, and drying the solution to obtain the P3HT oriented ordered film. The method has the advantages of no need of substrate pretreatment, processing step simplification, and processing efficiency improvement.
