Abstract

The liquid crystal display array substrate structure is provided with connection wires connected with scanning wires or data wires on the pixel display part and connection wiring terminals correspondingly connected with the connection wires; and adjacent connection wires consist of different layers of metals. The adjacent connection wires consist of different layers of metals, and a distance between different layers of metals is shorter than the distance between metals on the same layer, so that a resistance difference value between adjacent connection wires can be guaranteed, and a difference value between the resistance of the outmost wire and the resistance of the wire connected with the central pad of an IC is relatively small; resistances of the connection wires are made to be equal, and the distance and the resistance difference value between adjacent wires are relatively small by reducing the distance between adjacent connection wires under the condition that a framework of a liquid crystal display is narrowed and therefore, the display characteristic of the liquid crystal display is improved.
