The touch panel comprises a substrate, a plurality of first sense lines, a plurality of second sense lines, a plurality of first extending parts, a plurality of second extending parts, and a plurality of insulating cushions. The second sense lines are configured on the substrate in the manner of keeping in parallel to a second direction. The first sense lines and the second sense lines are intersected so that a plurality of screen zones are defined. The first extending parts are connected to the first sense lines and extended towards the screen zones. The second extending parts are connected to the second sense lines and extended towards the screen zones.
