Problems solved by technology

[0004] For the traditional GSM system remote radio unit (GRRU, GSM Radio Remote Unit) system distribution mode, when the signal of the base station is coupled to the GRRU system through the base station coupler for signal distribution, and the signal passing through the direct end of the base station coupler will pass through the high-interaction Adjust high-power load absorption. The cost of high-intermodulation and high-power loads in the market is very high. In order to save costs, the passive intermodulation indicators of high-intermodulation and high-power loads used in engineering construction cannot meet the requirements and affect the entire mobile communication. System interference, even some interference is so serious that it affects the important factors of system indicators such as the call drop rate and connection rate of the mobile communication network. It not only affects the normal operation of the mobile network, but also affects the call quality of users. One of the main reasons for complaints

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The method of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments of the present invention.

[0039] First, a brief introduction is made to some technical terms involved in the present invention.

[0040] Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM, Global System for Mobile Communications): In this invention, it refers specifically to a mobile communication system used by China Mobile and China Unicom. Among them, China Mobile's GSM is called GSM1, and its communication frequency band is:

[0041] Uplink (RX) 885-909(MHz), downlink (TX) 930-954(MHz);

[0042] China Unicom's GSM is called GSM2, and its communication frequency bands are:

[0043] Uplink (RX) 909-915 (MHz), downlink (TX) 954-960 (MHz).

[0044] GSM system remote radio unit (GRRU, GSM Radio Remote Unit): GRRU repeater consists of two types of equipment, namely GRRU near-end unit and GRRU remote unit.

Abstract

The invention discloses a passive intermodulation improvement method for base station signals of a mobile communication system. The method includes: transmit signals of a base station system are divided into two channels through a base station coupler, signals of one channel are outputted to a GRRU (GSM radio remote unit) near-end machine of a DCS (data communication system) through a coupling port of the base station coupler, and the signals are then transmitted to a GRRU far-end machine by the GRRU near-end machine through optic fiber transmission and outputted by the GRRU far-end machine to be transmitted through an antenna for signal coverage; and signals of the other channel are outputted to a filter through a direct connection end of the base station coupler to enable signals outputted by the filter to be absorbed through a tail-end load. Using the method can effectively suppress intermediation products of the load absorbing tail-end signals of the base station to enable output signals of the base station system to be controlled through reflection passive intermodulation products of the tail-end load, and interference of passive intermodulation signals to uplink signals of a GSM (global system for mobile communication) system can be eliminated, so that system cost can be greatly reduced, and indexes for precision evaluation of the system can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a signal control technology of a mobile communication system, in particular to a method for improving passive intermodulation (PIM) of a base station signal of a mobile communication system, which is used to improve the reflected passive intermodulation product of a base station system output signal passing through an end load. Background technique [0002] Mobile communication has developed at an astonishing speed in recent years. Driven by market demand, the mobile network has been constantly expanding, and network planning has been adjusted accordingly. The construction period is short, the development speed is fast, and the construction period overlaps. There are some quality problems in the construction of the network, both in the planning stage and in the subsequent expansion project. As a result, various resources of the entire communication network cannot be used reasonably, resulting in A large amount of resour...
