Problems solved by technology

Although the biopulping technology is also used in the prior art, the commonly used biological bacteria are white rot fungi or actinomycetes. Although they have been improved compared to the traditional chemical pulping technology, they still have long reaction time and produce Due to the defects of low fiber purity and low yield, it is difficult to apply to actual production

Abstract

The invention relates to a compound bacterium used for pulping a biological bacterium fluid and the application of the compound bacterium. The invention further provides a method for pulping the biological bacterium fluid. The compound bacterium comprises bacillus (CGMCC No.5971), acinetobacter lwoffii (CGMCC No.5973) and pseudomonas fluorescens (CGMCC No.5974). The method mainly comprises the steps as follows: preparing the bacterium fluid; handling raw materials; and pulping which comprises defibering, bio-degradation, steam sterilization, rough pulping, fine pulping, pulp screening, latency and pulp washing. Paperboards prepared by the method for pulping the biological bacterium fluid reach or exceed AA levels. Waste liquid generated in the pulping process can be recycled or translated into methane which can be used as energy resources or organic fertilizers. The method has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pulping method of biological bacterial liquid, in particular to a composite bacterial group for pulping of biological bacterial liquid and its application. Background technique [0002] Pulping technology is the process of degrading (or dissociating) raw materials such as plant straws, branches, and trunks to remove lignin and pectin and other substances to obtain fibrous substances. Fiber is the main component of papermaking. [0003] In the pulping process, to separate the fibers, the non-fibrous substances must be dissolved first, and the fiber is the purpose of pulping. [0004] According to the current situation of China's pulping industry, chemical pulp is mainly used in production, and the waste liquid generated in chemical pulp production pollutes the environment, destroys land, and pollutes the air; a large amount of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) is added to pulping ), chemical harmful elements are also used in t...
