The CuZr alloy comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.12 to 0.18 percent of metal zirconium, 0.03 to 0.05 percent of metal magnesium serving as a deoxidant and 99.77 to 99.85 percent of metal copper. According to a CuZr alloy plate obtained by the process, the brinell hardness in the heat treatment state is 90 to 110 HB, the tensile strength is 280 to 310 MPa, the elongation is 18 to 25 percent, and the electric conductivity is 53 to 54. The crystallizer copper plate parent metal of the high-pulling speed continuous casting machine manufactured by the CuZr alloy plate is high in thermal conductivity, abrasive resistance and strength, so that the service life of a crystallizer which takes the CuZr alloy as the copper plate parent metal is prolonged, bleed-out accidents are avoided, the time of using the crystallizer is improved, the repair time and non-normal offline frequency of the crystallizer are reduced greatly, the operation rate of the continuous casting machine and the quality and yield of continuous casting slabs are improved greatly, and the normal and stable running of production is ensured.
