The method comprises the step that relative calculation is conducted on received secondary synchronization signals, and the following steps for relative results of the total 336 secondary synchronization signals: the secondary synchronization signals with the same cell ID N<(1)>[ID] and different subframes are subjected to subframe detection, the secondary synchronization signal with maximal relative energy is selected as the secondary synchronization signal to be selected, and the step can be called a predetection step; a result obtained in the predetection step is further subjected to m0 and m1 detection according to the relative energy; and the secondary synchronization signals with the maximal energy are selected as a final result. The relative calculation adopts an R2MDC (radix-2 multi-path delay commutator) structure to calculate the secondary synchronization signals. With the adoption of the method, on the premise that the detection performance is not damaged, the detection time can be shortened, the resource consumption and the realization complexity can be reduced, and the problem that the resource consumption is very high for the available implementation method is solved.
