Abstract

The invention discloses an implant implanting process, which comprises the following steps of: (1) evaluating sclerotin around a tooth before tooth implantation, wherein the bone lacking situation is more severe if tooth lack lasts for a longer period of time, and bone guide and growth or bone remodeling growth and bone regeneration are performed before tooth implantation for making the condition of a dental pad bone meets the requirements of tooth implantation if the width of a tooth socket bone is insufficient; (2) making a surgical positioning template delicately to keep an implant of the dental pad bone at an optimal position; (3) making medical personnel implant the implant by means of the surgical template; and (4) implanting an artificial tooth into the implant, judging whether the growing density and speed of the sclerotin around the implant are consistent with implantation specifications, and implanting the tooth. The implant implanting process has the advantages of no damage to adjacent tooth support tissues, small side effect and high success rate.
