Abstract

The valveless piezoelectric pump comprises a pump body which consists of a base and a pump cover and a pump cavity formed in the pump body, wherein the pump cavity is provided with at least three pump cavity units; each pump cavity unit is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; piezoelectric vibrators are respectively arranged at the liquid inlets; the opening of each liquid outlet is smaller than that of each liquid inlet; the pump cavity units are arranged in an annular array mode; and the liquid outlets are correspondingly formed and communicated with one another to form a circular mixing cavity. The valveless piezoelectric pump is simple in structure and easy and convenient to mount and can be manufactured on a large scale; the multiple cavities are parallelly connected, so that flow and pressure difference are obviously increased; output ripple and return flow of fluid are reduced under the condition of asynchronous drive; a vortex is formed in the circular mixing cavity, so that a function of mixing the fluid is well realized; multiple fluid inlets are formed in a matched mode, so that different kinds of fluid can be mixed; and flow supply can be accurately controlled during asynchronous drive.
