Problems solved by technology

The main disadvantages of the above three methods: First, these three detection methods are point-by-point scanning, that is to say, the damage evaluation can only be performed on the area or weld that is sampled. To scan the full volume of the entire tank, the above three methods are almost impossible to achieve
Secondly, these three detection methods are greatly affected by the location, direction and type of defects. For example, penetrant testing can only detect surface defects, specific ultrasonic probes can only detect surface defects or internal defects, and the detection rate of area-type defects in radiographic testing Affected by many factors such as transillumination angle
In addition, for the GIS tanks in service, since the interior is already filled with electrical equipment, radiographic testing and penetration testing cannot be performed
Obviously, none of the existing detection methods can effectively solve the health monitoring problem of GIS

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be described in further detail below through the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The following examples are only descriptive and not restrictive, and cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0037] Such as figure 1 In the GIS tank health monitoring device shown, the scanning frame 1 is provided with two symmetrically arranged positioning columns 2, and the housing of the ultrasonic guided wave transducer is provided with two symmetrically arranged positioning holes 5. Realize the connection between the ultrasonic guided wave transducer 4 and the scanning frame 1 through the cooperation of the positioning hole and the positioning column. The encoder 8 is connected to the pin hole 3 on the rear side of the scanning frame through the pin shaft 9 at the front. The encoder 8 is connected to the ultrasonic detector 10 through a data line, and the ultrasonic guided wave transducer 4 is composed of a housing, a we...

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic-guided-wave-based health monitoring device and method of a GIS (gas insulated switchgears) tank. The health monitoring problem of a GIS cannot be effectively solved by using the conventional detecting method which is largely influenced by positions, directions and types of the defects. The health monitoring device provided by the invention comprises an ultrasonic detector, an encoder, a scanner and an ultrasonic transducer. The health monitoring device is characterized in that both the ultrasonic transducer and the encoder are connected with a scanner, so that the ultrasonic transducer and the encoder can operate synchronously; the encoder is connected with the ultrasonic detector through a data line; the ultrasonic transducer comprises a shell, a wedge arranged in the shell and a wafer put on the wedge; and the ultrasonic transducer is connected with the ultrasonic detector through a BNC (Basic Network Card) interface. The ultrasonic transducer is capable of generating ultrasonic guide waves with high signal to noise ratio and strong transmission capability, and the damage of the whole GIS tank can be detected through limited scanning.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of non-destructive testing of complete sets of electric devices, in particular to a health monitoring device and a monitoring method for a tank body of a gas-insulated fully-enclosed combined electrical appliance based on ultrasonic guided waves. Background technique [0002] Gas-insulated fully enclosed combined electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as GIS) is a complete set of devices composed of circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding switches, busbars and other high-voltage electrical appliances. These equipment or components are all enclosed in metal tanks and filled with SF6 gas with a certain pressure (generally greater than 0.3MPa) is used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium. Among them, the tank body used by GIS is a pressure-bearing part, and the annual leakage rate of SF6 is required to be less than 1%. Once SF6 leaks due to damage to the GIS tank, it will not only affect the reliable ope...
