Abstract

The invention provides a pressure valve used for an idle lubrication of hydrodynamic machine. The pressure valve comprises a valve body, a valve plate, springs and a valve base, wherein the valve base is fixedly arranged on the tail part of the valve body, and the valve base has a first through hole which penetrates through the upper end face and lower end face of the valve base; a valve body working chamber is formed between the valve base and the valve body, the springs are arranged on the valve base, and the valve plate is positioned in the valve body working chamber; a second through hole communicated with the valve body working chamber is formed at the head of the valve body; and when the springs are positioned at a free state, the lower end face of the valve plate contacted with the upper ends of the springs is higher than the upper end face of the valve base, and the second through hole is not plugged by the upper end face of the valve plate. According to the invention, the relationship between hydraulic pressure and spring force determines the position of the valve plate, further determining that whether the working chamber is communicated with an oil pool or not; pressure difference generated by a flow field when the when the hydrodynamic machine rotates can be sufficiently utilized for pressing lubricating oil into the working chamber from the oil pool; and forced lubrication devices do not need to be additionally arranged for rotating components including a lubricating bearing and an oil seal, thus designing and processing for complex lubricating components are saved, and finally cost and maintenance difficulty are reduced.
