Parallel decoding is broken up into four steps, and a parallel processing method is designed for each step so as to enable the whole decoding process to achieve parallelization and improve the RS decoding rate. When the upper limit of the decoding rate is insufficient, economical upgrade can be achieved through increasing the quantity of the computing cores.
