Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a grape bonsai in an industrialized mode. The method includes: planting grown seeding, performing leaf yellowing treatment when branches are lignified, and enabling nutrition to flow back; performing pruning, ringing and pot covering, enabling branches and tendrils to penetrate into a pot under the un-cut-off condition for matrix culturing, and enabling roots to grow in the pot; coating hydrogen cyanamide on a winter bud to promote sprout to burgeon; thinning flowers and fruits, reshaping and covering bags, strengthening fertilizer and water management, promoting grapes on the pot to grow and get ripe naturally, and maintaining the natural quality; performing under pot ringing by stages, gradually decreasing nutrition supplying to the under-pot root system, enabling grapes in the pot to supply nutrition to the root system in the pot, when the grapes get ripe by 7-8 percent, performing treatment of replacing old leave through new branches,ensuring fresh and green new leaves to grow on the branches and tendrils when the grape bonsai is in the market, and increasing sense of beauty; and finally breaking tendrils and collecting, packaging and enabling the grape bonsai to appear on the market. By means of the method, the traditional grape planting mode is improved, plane planting is changed into three-dimensional planting, the grapes can be can be harvested in two seasons one year, scale, standard and industrialized production can be achieved, and the products are ensured to be unified in quality, stable and environment-friendly. Grapes can be hung on branches after the grapes get ripe, can be picked up when serving as the bonsai, and are free of refrigeration, natural, fresh and capable of being recycled.
