The invention discloses a method for determining a vintage white spirit based on linear characteristics of fluorescence spectrum and curve fitting, wherein the linear parameters of the vintage white spirit spectrum include one-eighth line width, three-eighths line width, five-eighths line width, seven-eighths line width, one-quarter line width, one-second line width and three-quarters line width; the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrums of different vintage white spirits of one brand are measured; the linear parameters of the fluorescence spectrums of different vintage white spirits are obtained from the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum data; the function relational expression of the year of each vintage white spirit to each linear parameter of the fluorescence spectrum thereof is obtained through curve fitting; the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of a white spirit sample of unknown year is measured, the linear parameters of the fluorescence spectrum are extracted, and the linear parameters are substituted into the corresponding function expression to obtain a corresponding function value; and the determined vintage of the white spirit sample can be obtained through processing such as averaging, approximating and the like.
