Embodiment Construction

[0017] Below in conjunction with specific embodiment, further illustrate the present invention.

[0018] The infrared oven disclosed in the present invention can be used with other components in a cooking device. For example, figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the exploded structure of the infrared oven 100 used in the cooking device 10 . The infrared oven 100 may be used to heat food on the grill surface of the cooking plate 20 .

[0019] The infrared furnace 100 can be ignited by the igniter 40, and the infrared furnace control button 30 is used to adjust the heat energy output by the infrared furnace. In addition, the infrared oven 100 can be curved to match the surface shape of the grill. In other embodiments, the shape of the infrared oven 100 may be rectangular or other shapes.

[0020] During operation, the surface of the infrared oven 100 glows due to heat, and when the user of the cooking device looks at the infrared oven 100 or looks at the oven from the gap of t...

Abstract

Infrared burners are disclosed herein that can be configured to integrate a glowing design, pattern, logo, or text. In various embodiments, ports located on portions of the surface of a ceramic plate are varied in size. Infrared radiation emitted by particular portions of the ceramic plate can thereby be varied to provide for emphasis or de-emphasis of certain portions of an infrared burner. The emphasized or deemphasized portions of the infrared burner can be used to depict designs, patterns, logos, or text. Furthermore, one or more designs, patterns, logos, or text can be integrated.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an infrared oven, including but not limited to an infrared oven for barbecue, and in particular, discloses a device and method for integrating patterns, patterns, logos or characters on an infrared oven. Background technique [0002] Unlike traditional gas furnaces, infrared furnaces can effectively radiate heat at high temperatures (eg, 450-900°F) to the entire surface covering the furnace. In addition, the difference from traditional gas furnaces is that infrared furnaces can quickly raise the temperature of the furnace to or adjust the target temperature of the furnace. For example, an infrared oven can reach 700 degrees Fahrenheit in 7 minutes. Therefore, infrared ovens are especially suitable for cooking food. [0003] Some infrared stoves work by focusing the flame of a traditional gas stove onto ceramic tiles with many small holes, turning the heat from an open flame into infrared energy. The heat produced is ...
