[0047] This embodiment is applied to the bending and upsetting production site of a certain type of large-scale full-fiber crankshaft product in a certain factory. The billet is made of 42CrMo4 steel and weighs 3.5 tons. The part of the billet participating in the deformation is heated to 1180°C. The bending and upsetting process is carried out on a 6000-ton TR method special press. The entire system layout is shown in Figure 2(a). The indexing positioning accuracy on-line monitoring system is arranged between a forging turn and a positioning turn; and the indexing positioning accuracy on-line monitoring system comprises a laser transmitter, a magnetic base, a laser projection line display target, a high-definition camera and a computer (provided with a pattern recognition program, an angle measurement program and a digital display interface), wherein the laser transmitter is provided with a beam-splitting prism. The indexing positioning accuracy on-line monitoring system disclosed by the invention can be used for acquiring, measuring and displaying the included angle between the indexing reference line of a bellcrank end surface and a horizontal direction in real time in the forming process of the marine all-fiber crankshaft bending upset forging, and realizing the on-line accurate measurement of a certain geometric accuracy dimension of a forged piece in the forging process by adopting lasers as angle transmitting media, ensures that operators can read conveniently by displaying measured values on the screen of the computer and can be invented and applied to provide a basis for the correction of the indexing deviation of a bending upset forging process.
