Abstract

The method comprises subjecting the detachable disc-drum rotor to bench knock test, collecting dynamic response signals, extracting characteristics, and constructing characteristic matrixes of various assembly states; creating orthogonal subspaces of the characteristic matrixes of all the states; and calculating a main included angle of orthogonal subspace base vectors of reference states and unknown states, and defining an indicator-a main included angle cosine which is used for determining the assembly quality of the detachable disc-drum rotor and serves as a reliability degree of the assembly quality of the detachable disc-drum rotor.
