The method comprises the following steps: step 1, measuring test field background return SBC (f, t1) containing a calibration bracket at time t1; step 2, installing a calibration object and measuring calibration object return SC (f, t2) at time t2; step 3, measuring test field background return SBT (f, t3) containing a target bracket at time t3; step 4, installing a target and measuring target return ST (f, t4) at time t4; step 5, extracting time-varying transmission function parameters and carrying out amplitude-phase correction, background phase subtraction and target RCS calibration treatment.
