Abstract

Polypropylene resin, a fire retardant and an antioxidant are mixed into the polypropylene resin which is high-viscosity co-polypropylene, the fire retardant is a compounded system of tris cyanurate and tripolycyanamide, the antioxidant is a hindered phenol or phosphite ester antioxidant, and the specific gravities of the polypropylene resin, fire retardant and antioxidant components are 89.5%, 10% and 0.5% respectively; and halogen-free flame retardant hydrolysis-resistant polypropylene resin which is uniformly mixed is added into a co-rotating twin-screw extruder and then added into a three-roller calendered sheet extrusion moulding machine, so that the polypropylene film is obtained. The halogen-free flame retardant hydrolysis-resistant polypropylene resin and the manufactured film produce less pollution, the processability of a three-roller calendaring and moulding process is guaranteed, the UL-94V-0 flame retardant grade can be achieved by a film product with the thickness of more than 0.3mm, the water resistance is good, and good high-voltage breakdown resistance, folding resistance and transparency of polypropylene are maintained.
