The method utilizes a fire-resistant material coating process to close the cracks so that a ventilation channel composed of the cracks produced above the slag line of the external castable material layer of the dip pipe, and drill steel and clip steel gaps produced below the slag line is blocked and thus air suction is prevented and nitrogen increasing of molten steel is avoided or reduced.
