Abstract

The invention provides a method and equipment for detecting misfiring of a diesel engine based on single-cylinder angular acceleration. The method comprises the steps that transient speeds n of crankshaft teeth corresponding to an initial tooth and an end tooth of a current cylinder are acquired; the single-cylinder angular acceleration alpha of each cylinder is calculated according to the transient speeds n of the crankshaft teeth; single-cylinder angular acceleration standard values are calculated according to the single-cylinder angular acceleration of all the cylinders; the single-cylinder angular acceleration of each cylinder is divided by each angular acceleration standard value to obtain a single-cylinder angular acceleration proportion value of each cylinder; whether the single-cylinder angular acceleration proportion value of each cylinder is less than a preset relative misfiring threshold or not is judged; in addition, when the single-cylinder angular acceleration of the corresponding cylinder is less than a preset absolute misfiring threshold, the cylinder misfires; and on the contrary, the cylinder does not misfire. The single-cylinder angular acceleration serves as a judgment characteristic quantity; each cylinder is judged independently; and the current cylinder is free from numerical effects of other cylinders, so that the judgment precision of the misfiring of the current cylinder is improved. An angular acceleration standard value is calculated for each engine, so that the judgment precision can be improved, and the problem of inconsistency of the engine products is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of diesel engine control, in particular to a method and equipment for detecting diesel engine misfire based on single-cylinder angular acceleration. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, for an electronically controlled engine, the engine may misfire due to reasons such as an open circuit of a driving pin, or blockage of a fuel injector, or damage to a solenoid valve. When the engine misfires, the working vibration of the engine is large, the power is limited, and the impact on the crankshaft is relatively large. If it is possible to quickly determine which cylinder is misfired, it will be of great significance to repair or replace it in time. [0003] Currently, determining which cylinder is misfired is done by detecting the instantaneous rotational speed for peak extraction or performing integral processing for each cycle to compare the difference of each cylinder. [0004] Such as figure 1 Sho...
